Refund policy

Although I would like each and every bear to find its forever home, I know there may be instances where you may need to return your purchase.

Returns will be accepted up to 14 days from your items arrival. 

Goods are to be returned at the buyers expense, safely in the condition they arrived to you. To ensure a safe journey back it is preferred that all items are returned via a recorded/insured method, for which you (the buyer) is responsible for. 

Returned goods will need to be inspected, and a refund (excluding postal costs) will then be issued if we are satisfied with the condition of the item.

Please get in touch beforehand to arrange a return, then I can expect the parcel.

Please Note: If any international returns are liable for Customs Charges on entry back into the UK this will be deducted along with postal costs from the original purchase price.
